Hubby and I have decided to start a Keto lifestyle.
Christmas was so much fun, we got to spend it with family this year. But along with the family fun came the extra desserts. Our original dessert menu consisted of a pumpkin pie and a blueberry pie. By the end of Christmas Eve, we decided on pumpkin pie, blueberry pie, apple pie, sweet potato pie, a pear cranberry tart, coconut cake, and banana pudding. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed every single bite of each and every dessert on the table.
Our health routine was interrupted several times last year with travel, by the end of October we just stopped focusing on our normal eating habits. We went from juicing and cooking everyday to eating out most nights. Now that the holidays are over and our routine has resurrected itself, it's time to focus.
So, tomorrow we start Keto. I have a meal plan and shopping list for the next 2 weeks.
